Short Romance

“Promise me that you will always treat me like a princess,” she asked, no, she begged him, with hope in her dreamy eyes.

“I am really more of an anti-monarchist,” he replied and shot her, a curios mix of sadness and contempt displayed around his mouth.

About Andreas Moser

Travelling the world and writing about it. I have degrees in law and philosophy, but I'd much rather be a journalist, a spy or a hobo.

Once upon a time, there was a prince who was not too handsome. He asked a beautiful princess to marry him. She said no.
And the prince lived happily ever after. And went fishing, and raced cars, and played video games, and ate what he wanted and when he wanted, and watched tv and travelled and had a wonderful life.

Hello, I stumbled upon your site as I was googling about suicide – enjoyed reading your related piece and do agree with you. And no I am not suicidal. Interestingly I do live in wonderful Oregon, so good Oregon, and in the especially good Portland, where ending one’s life due to terminal illness is possible – you may have read recently about the young woman who relocated here from San Francisco so she could have assisted ending of her life as she was dying of brain cancer. Oh how I envy your lifestyle of travel and exploration. Well, put on your list Portland, OR and definitely watch Portlandia – a hilarious show, a spoof. http://www.ifc.com/shows/portlandia Warm wishes, Susan
