If you need to lose some pounds, you don’t need to worry about the carbon diet, the fiber diet, the water diet, the protein diet or all the other semi-scientific dietary cons anymore.
I have discovered the guaranteed way to lose weight and I call it the Flatshare Diet.
It consists of two simple steps:
(1) Move to an apartment or a house shared with other people. The more the better. When you move there, the fridge will already be completely full and there will be no place left for you to store any food (at least based on my current experience).
Thus, you will stop buying food, and consequently you will stop eating food.
(2) Avoid making up for this shortfall by eating fast food or junk food.
