I was an early convert to Apple – I still have two Apple 2e’s around my house, and my father still uses our original Apple 2 from 1978. And though I have always had a certain regard for Steve Jobs, I respect Steve Wozniak far more. Jobs was in it for the money, and always was – he had great ideas, certainly, and was a pretty good leader, but he was a capitalist through and through. “Woz” always worked for the love of the hobby. That’s why, though I was saddened a bit to hear of Jobs’ passing, I will save my full grieving for the day Steve Wozniak leaves us.
That’s a bit late though innit?
I had to overcome months of grief.
